Commercial Bar Rewire & Electrical Upgrade

We completed a full electrical rewire of a commercial bar premises as part of a refurbishment and layout redesign.

The existing distribution board was retained, with all protective devices upgraded to RCBOs to improve circuit protection, reliability, and overall safety of the installation.

Surface-mounted containment was installed using centrally positioned tray plate systems, with circuits distributed throughout the venue in galvanised steel conduit. This provided a durable commercial installation while complementing the industrial aesthetic of the bar interior.

New power circuits were installed to supply general-use socket outlets throughout the customer seating areas, alongside multiple lighting circuits featuring suspended fittings mounted directly from conduit runs.

Feature LED strip lighting was installed within recessed niches behind the bar, creating ambient backlighting and enhancing the overall customer environment.

Additional electrical works were carried out to the rear kitchen and toilet areas, providing new lighting and power supplies suitable for commercial operation.

Emergency lighting was installed throughout the premises, and the existing fire alarm system was altered and extended to suit the new layout, ensuring continued compliance with safety requirements.
