Quotation Terms & Conditions | LC Electrical Services

1. Scope of Work

1.1. This quotation, provided by LC Electrical Services NE Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "LC Electrical Services"), outlines the scope of work to be performed by LC Electrical Services for the client (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").

1.2. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the work specified in the quotation will be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Additional Work

2.1. Any additional work or services requested by the Client that are not explicitly included in the quotation shall be considered "Additional Work."

2.2. LC Electrical Services reserves the right to charge additional fees for any Additional Work requested by the Client.

2.3. Before commencing any Additional Work, LC Electrical Services will provide the Client with a separate quotation detailing the scope of the Additional Work and the associated costs.

2.4. The Client shall review and approve the Additional Work quotation in writing before LC Electrical Services proceeds with the Additional Work.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. The pricing for the work outlined in the quotation is based on the scope of work provided therein.

3.2. Payment for the work specified in the quotation shall be made in accordance with the Payment Terms and Conditions document provided separately by LC Electrical Services.

4. Changes to Quotation

4.1. LC Electrical Services reserves the right to revise the quotation in the event of unforeseen circumstances, changes in project requirements, or additional work requested by the Client.

4.2. Any changes to the quotation will be communicated to the Client in writing, and a revised quotation will be provided for approval.

5. Client's Responsibilities

5.1. The Client shall provide LC Electrical Services with access to the premises and necessary utilities required for the completion of the work outlined in the quotation.

5.2. The Client is responsible for promptly communicating any changes, concerns, or requests related to the project to LC Electrical Services.

6. Completion Date

6.1. LC Electrical Services will make reasonable efforts to complete the work outlined in the quotation within the agreed-upon timeframe.

6.2. Delays caused by factors beyond LC Electrical Services' control, including but not limited to weather, unforeseen conditions, or changes requested by the Client, may impact the completion date.

7. Warranty

7.1. LC Electrical Services provides a one-year warranty for the work outlined in the quotation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. On top of this, fixtures and fittings may include an additional manufacturer's warranty of up to three years.

8. Termination

8.1. Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the separate Payment Terms and Conditions document.

9. Governing Law

9.1. This Quotation Terms and Conditions document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

By accepting this quotation, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Quotation Terms and Conditions.
